To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is in regards to my commendation of Percy Waters Florist. I have had the pleasure of my association with them for over 15 years. IO started as a neighbor, then client now friend. I had the pleasure of first knowing Bruce and then his daughters Janet and Jennifer over this period.

My Professional background has been over 25 years in the Toronto Hospitality Industry and the last five in Non-profit sector. I personally cannot say enough of the quality and professionalism that they show. I have on numerous occasions needed special arrangements done on very short notice for high end restaurant clients and they have always come through., I have organized numerous charity events over the years and Percy Waters Florist has always come to the forefront in creation for these causes. One fine example is the Martin Kruze Scholarship Galla at the Toronto Delta Chelsea in October 2000 on a phone call Janet was creating centerpieces around our there “
Going for Gold”. They were incredible and were the talk of the Gala.

I cannot say enough of the continued support Janet and Percy Waters Florist have given to myself personally and the Danforth Avenue Community that they are such a part of ….Bravo!!!!!
